Professor Eugene "Pete" Rouse,
Founder of the ASKDF. Professor Eugene
"Pete" Rouse, Hachidan, 8th Degree Black Belt. Professor Rouse founded Shoto-Shinkai along with Sensei Bud
Morgan, Yon Dan, 4thdegree Black Belt, in the Fall of 1994 as the United States Shotoshinkai Karate Association. Professor Rouse is currently employed by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office
Detention Facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is currently assigned as the Special Response Team Commander, and the Defensive Tactics Instructor for the Department.
The ASKDF is a National Governing
Body, and we are seeking to expand our Federation. We have
Instructors and Dojo's in Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennesee, and North
Carolina. We are actively seeking Individual Members, Independent
Instructors, Dojo's, and other Associations to affiliate with us in
our quest to learn True Karate. We can provide International
Certification for all Kyu/Dan Grades through ASKDF and our
Affiliates. We can also provide you the opportunity to train with
some of our countries best Jujitsu and Aikido Instructors through
our affiliation with the American Bushido International, including
Dr. Philip Chenique OF ATEMI-RYU JUJITSU, Dr. Moses Powell of
Sanuces Ryu Jujitsu, and Professor Lioni Velasquez and Professor
Roger Braswell of Atemi Ryu Jujitsu's Urban Warrior Dojo in Fayetteville, North Carolina. |
